Meeting and Events halls of the Visotsky business-centre is an ideal venue for holding different events from seminars and presentations to conferences and business meetings. Our conference centre offers various function rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people. If you are looking for a smaller place, there is a meeting room that can accommodate 10 people.
All conference halls have the necessary up-to-date equipment and feature video and sound systems, video conferencing system, control system, air-conditioning. The furniture is placed according to your needs.
We provide a complete range of banquet services: coffee breaks, business breakfast and lunch and other catering services you may require.

Terms of rent, payment and cancellation

  • compulsory condition for renting is 50% prepayment 7 days before holding the event;
  • cancellation of service without fees is possible no later than 4 days before the event;
  • in case of untimely cancellation the client pays a 50% fee from the total sum of services.

Online broadcasting:

Organization of online broadcasting, webinars, multicamera shooting:

  • Multicamera shooting - FULL HD with switching the shooting angle;
  • Organization of online Internet broadcasting with graphics provides an effect of viewers presence at your event;
  • Making conceptual video design;
  • A journalist, an event host and a cameraman for reportage filming of your event;
  • Video editing and processing of the material within one week.

 

Online registration:

We will make a website where you will be able to:

  • organize registration of attendees with a possibility to check-in for the event;
  • use ARM system (Attendee Relationship Management);
  • organize a registration of attendees;
  • receive payments from attendees including payments via bank cards;
  • post your event program;
  • organize booking of rooms;
  • obtain scientific conference abstracts.
